Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home and outdoor areas during their stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, and parking areas—everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing visit.
The only exception is a locked owner’s closet located in the garage, which is not accessible to guests.
Other things to note
This home offers beautiful views of the Kalamazoo River; however, there is no direct river access.
This property is best suited for adults.
The home is located in a quiet, wooded area—please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a respectful level, especially during evening hours.
Wildlife is common in the area, so you may see deer, birds, and other native species during your stay.
Michigan weather can change quickly—please plan accordingly, especially if you’re visiting the nearby beaches.
No pets allowed due to allergies.
